Sickness Is Caused By Low Energy?

You might wonder if Sickness might come first and that causes the Low Energy?  No, that's not true!

Low energy comes first. It it has a limited flow, that allows inflammation,  bacteria, fungus, viruses, germs to grow and multiply while reducing the body's immune system.

When I say low energy -- it is something you might feel if you are sensitive?  Maybe? You might not notice you have low energy flow. You might just feel disconnected and a little unsettled. Or "you might feel sick."

In my energy healing practice/ energy training for others we measure the amount of energy flow on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10/10 being the best and highest flow of energy.

The energy we are measuring is the amount of Source energy that is flowing through your body. When that natural flow of energy is blocked or partly blocked the body's ability to heal itself is limited and a person's health is severely challenged. We teach this way of healing the body  in  our Laser Reiki classes. You'll find lots of information, articles and testimonials there.

When a person come for an energy healing, I first check to find out just how they are doing in their energy flow. After doing the Laser Reiki energy clearings, i.e. removing the emotional blockages form the past, present or even the future, the client always feels better, lighter and happier.

At the Reiki Ranch we have easy procedures to remove bad, stuck or dark energy from a person. Anybody can learn how to do this and feel good now.  Long standing pain can instantly go away when the bad energy is removed from the area.

They said I should fast by not eating meat on Fridays. Hummm? That was too easy for me since I was a Catholic for 20 years while living in Panama and they practiced the Friday fast. I asked the leader: "Can you think of another fast that I could do that would be more challenging?" They had a spiritual meeting of the minds and came up with a mental fasting program for me. "I could think no thoughts that were negative on Fridays" was my homework! I devised a plan to monitor my thoughts and rewrite any negative thoughts. I would imagine seeing any negative thoughts on a white board, I would erase those words and rewrite the thought in a positive way. I would repeat the process over and over until the negative thoughts disappeared. I liked this challenge and I continued to practice it day after day -- not just saving it for Fridays. After I arrived again back in her USA I found Reiki Energy Healing Schools and that was a god send. Since 1994 we have the Reiki Ranch a well known Reiki Energy Healing School in the Northwest USA.
   
2. Happiness is Feeling Good Now! This is not such an impossible task as it may seem when you make it your number one priority in life. Whatever you want in life can be yours when you create a burning desire for it! It will come to you. The Law of Attraction will bring you anything you desire as long as you make it your No.1 priority and don't block it with thoughts and feelings that it is impossible for you to get it. The news media is pumping stress and fear these days: The economy, swine flu, jobs, medical care for all vs. no medical help, mandatory shots, more layoffs, closures, etc.

Now it is the end of summer and some call it the end of play – back to school, to the daily grind, or off to find a job where hundreds are looking for that same job.

Dealing with fear and stress is not easy for anyone. According to some research released by Lifeline Australia stress is costing Australian taxpayers $300,000 per day.

You may not know that you are stressed. One sign of having a bad case of stress is that you are unable to take a deep breath or that you find it difficult to yawn and relax.

Other signs of stress are: not able to have mental / intellectual relaxation, thinking thoughts that are generally negative, confusion, mental lethargy, withdrawn and seldom reading a book or journal for fun or work, making negative statements about yourself or others, and lacking creativity and new ideas.

Nevertheless, you cannot allow fear or stress to be in command of your life. Otherwise, you will end up with health issues and battered feelings. You deal with stress differently from your neighbor. Very few know how to get relief; others don’t know what’s wrong or how to work it out. You can always get an energy healer to help. Stress can be measure and released using energy healing techniques.

Your friends and /or family members could be experiencing financial stress. It is not good that they’re stressed out and hopefully it won’t last for long. Relationships and marriages suffer during these times. Stress leads to depression, and fear of moving forward sets in. It seems like they don’t know how to get out of being stressed or they don’t know what is wrong. They only notice that life has become difficult. Everything and everyone bugs them for no reason.

Some personality types use Stress as a powerful motivator to solve their problems such as a perfectionist. She might excel in her job when experiencing stress.

Identify your stress triggers! What causes you stress? Avoid these situations and these people. Once they are detached, or at least minimized, you’ll be amazed by how much better you feel!

I’ve helped many people by getting them to stay in the present moment. To be stressed we have to be thinking of some terrible thing which happened in the past and trying to figure it out or worrying about something that might happen in the future. When you are in the NOW, you are happy. (It is hard to stay in the NOW.)

Try using a few of these simple strategies to help you manage and relieve your stress. If you look at it from a positive standpoint, you will be able to deal with it with grace and keep moving. If not, you will continue to allow the stress gremlins to tear apart your life.

1. Break the habit of eating fast foods and start learning what it means to eat more healthy.

2. Choose to live a healthy lifestyle by eating organic fresh and raw vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds

3. Also, make sure to incorporate regular exercise into your daily schedule.

4. Get 8 hours of sleep every night. These four things should be a priority, if nothing else.

Avoid negative people. When destructiveness is present around you, move away from it. If you are in a toxic relationship which has been stuck there for a while, it’s time to let go and move on. Poisonous relationships are not healthy for anyone. They can bring more stress on you than you can imagine. You can’t allow people to bring you down to their level. Learn to say “next”.

When you feel yourself getting stressed, take 8 minutes and do something just for you. Some people take up meditation or a relaxation method that works for them. You might take time to walk barefoot in the grass or on a sandy beach. Being grounded is very relaxing. Try reading a book, taking a bath with magnesium salt crystals, going for a walk, baking brownies, writing in a journal, meditation, or something even better.

There is no job security. When you work for others you are putting your life in their hands and often they are all about money – not people. We all now work in an insecure working environment. A secure job for life has been replaced by the realism of the times.

You may have to work at becoming stress-free by alternative health means and Laser Reiki energy work. Just traditional -- 4000 year old -- Reiki is well known for releasing stress.Take a Reiki course.

Moving beyond stress probably won’t happen overnight.

You cannot allow fear and stress to choke you to the point that you can’t think straight. Stay away from stress building daily news (it is really not news.)You will need to prioritize what’s important in your life and stick with keeping those things in order. Focus on your list and keep your energy up by saying power words.

There’s too much of life to see for you to be weighed down with past issues or worried about the future. These patterns of thinking cause you to be stressed and frustrated. Keep yourself sound and happy by learning how to properly deal with stress.

Why do we need energy healing or Cosmic Energy healing in the world?

Yes, but what would it be?
What is the most common or well know modality of energy healing?

Reiki comes to mind as the most well known in the world. The term Reiki, is used in Japan and across the globe, referring to its philosophy and how it connects one to the Universal source. Reiki is a beam of Universal energy that raises the vibrational frequency.

The knowledge of the Universal source and all its cultural slants, could perhaps be compared to a river. A river begins its journey from rain, a pure and clean water source high in the mountains. The clear clean water at high altitudes is the beginning of the river where the stream flows over rocks and stones not muddy flat land. As the river water comes down into the sandy flat lands, more rain and floods join it. The river water becomes muddy. As this river flows by cities, sewers and contamination flows into the river before it reaches the ocean.

The pristine nature of the water has changed. Do you drink from the Source or do you drink from a contaminated slowly flowing river that has collected mud, pollutants and microbes?

With Reiki you are drinking from Source? Right?

The ones who are behaving badly are that way because their little spark of internal light is almost covered by materialism and greed.

Energy Healing With Reiki (Laser Reiki)

A student(JG)came to the Reiki Ranch to help out with planting a hedge row of English Laurel plants. We're making a living fence with different plants as suggested by Anastasia books (the wild naked woman from Siberia - Russia! She isn't really naked.)These are great books. We sell out of these books at every class.

I noticed JG had runny nose. He said, "It's an Allergy to pollen." The pollen count in Washington was pretty high last Sunday.

I was teaching the Laser Reiki Level 5 and I asked the class to do "An energy Healing" for JG so he could work outdoors without sniffing all the time.

His energy flow for the sinus system was very low. He tested to have energy blockages from other lives in which he lived.

Some of the things from a past life required energy clearing to release the blockages of the problem.

These were:

1. Inhaled smoke in another lifetime
2. Thrown in a volcano and had to breathe sulfur gas
3. Burned as a witch
4. Tortured with water

He did some of the same stuff to others plus he had hidden beliefs about his interaction with flowers. We also used a grounding technique where his energy was taken deep into Mother Earth, aligned with plants, flowers and honey bees. The toxins were transmuted -- so he would not have a healing crisis.

All the blockages were cleared and he was energized. His allergy was released along with the problems.

JG was able to work out doors everyday with no problems -- after the Energy Healing performed by the Laser Reiki class!

It's not unusual in allergy cases to find such hidden causes. Seldom does a doctor know how to do these simple tests to find the emotional root cause of the problem.

Reiki is simply the laying-on-of-hands healing and is pronounced ray-key. Reiki is a spiritual healing technique which involves, but is not limited to, the laying on of hands. It was rediscovered in the late 1800s by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan, and is thought to have originated thousands of years ago. A very simple, yet powerful healing art, you can use it on yourself as well as on others. You can easily learn how to do it.

Even children are inclined toward Reiki and use it to help them cope with the outside world. No previous knowledge or training is required to attend a workshop. Free Reiki I workshop is available if you bring a friend (also free.)

Reiki is derived from two Japanese words:
rei - meaning soul or spirit
ki - meaning life force energy

Reiki is easy to learn and use. Reiki is Universal energy that seems to have its own consciousness (it follows Universal Law), and is able to provide exactly what is needed on all levels. Traditionally, Reiki has been taught in three degrees or levels. A specific attunement for each degree of training is passed down from master to student. To become a Reiki 1, 2, 3, or beyond, the practitioner receives attunements from a Reiki master in person. (It is possible for a master to send the attunements over a distance to the student.)

The teachings and attunements are passed down from master to student in a series of classes or workshops. Reiki Blogs are educational. Reiki is a simple Universal (God Force) energy with healing techniques used by age-old masters. Respect the healing energy because it is coming directly from the Universal energy currents. Acknowledge the sacredness of learning this information. The attunements will enhance inborn abilities and enable students to pass Reiki energy along to others.

Reiki is beyond all our human divisions. It is neither cult, nor religion, nor belief system. Even though Reiki is not a religion, it is spiritual in nature and connects you to the Source Energy that most people call God or the Universe. Besides the obvious use in serious illness, Reiki actively promotes the healing process in many other ways. It acts not only on physical levels, but also addresses mental, emotional, psychological, genetic, and energetic imbalances.

Reiki is entirely compatible with other therapies, healing modalities, and treat-ments. Many nurses and other health caregivers are adding Reiki to their skills. At one time becoming a First Degree practitioner required years of study. Becoming a Second Degree Reiki practitioner took even more years. The training for Reiki master was limited to only a handful of people who may have studied and worked a lifetime (or lifetimes) before reaching this level.

Reiki 1 increases the flow of energy into an individual. Your ability to flow healing energy will increase up to 20% with each attunement to Reiki. Down through history the normal flow of energy was closed down.

Historically and genetically speaking, people who appeared to have special abilities during the ages of persecution were harmed in some way. Remember reading about the burning of witches? This knowledge that flowing a large current of Source Energy would be dangerous to your health because of the punishments received in ancient times may have caused the subconscious mind to close you down in this life. The tendency to protect you may also have been carried over from a past life experience into your present life. There may be others reasons to explain why you may not be flowing the necessary energy to heal others. For example, your family does not approve or understand.

You are hard-wired to flow Source Energy just like a computer’s hard drive is wired to run Windows and other software programs.

The Reiki attunements open your natural flow of energy again-most of you need to release those energy blockages. When you come into your bodies, you inherit a batch of genetic fears and feelings brought down from many generations. Plus, you bring along your own set of emotional handicaps from other lives. Reiki healings available at school in person or by phone. When small children fall down and hurt their knees, what is the first thing they do besides cry? They will put their hands over the hurt place. Your hands have healing vortexes of Source Energy already coming out in times of need. We all know this at a deep level. We were born to do this work.

The laying-on-of-hands is one of our natural abilities as humans-not a special gift. You may find that you were punished in a past life for healing or teaching spiritual principles.
