Over 4000 years ago god gave us Reiki as a healing modality. Anyone can do it -- as long as they get over the idea that it is some foreign word or New Age thingy to avoid. Reiki Energy Healing center I've been a Reiki practitioner since 1985. I even use Reiki for prosperity!

I sense Reiki enables us to reconnect with the soul and aspects of ourselves that are imbalanced. I initially discovered the healing sessions through my godfather. He gave me a gift certificate for a session with a reiki practitioner one christmas. Since then, I have explored it further and value it highly.

When we connect with the soul (that inner part of ourselves) we feel at peace and at home in our skin. I think that many people who feel unconfortable are just dis-connected from their soul. Reiki helps people connect to Source energy.

I think Reiki has so much to offer us in today's mad, hectic world.
Although I love the mysticism surrounding the attunements it is still a very practical therapy that anyone can do and has so much to contribute to the healing of the world.

I am a body builder and practice Reiki everyday.It help my body to be fit.I feel like connecting my soul to god.

I agree with you about Reiki being a practical skill that anyone can use for healing. In fact, my mission is to bring Reiki "down to Earth" and into our daily lives. I believe that if at least one member in every family is trained in Reiki,we can achieve world peace. Don't you agree?

What is Reiki?
I see Reiki as our connection with Source energy.
Therefore, if our association with God is improved -- then the world will be a better place. People will make better family abd business decisions when connected with God Force Energy (Love Energy!)
